Wright Silverwood was formed in 1991 and is now one of the pre eminent Retail, Leisure, Roadside and Development specialists in the UK. Based in Birmingham and giving advice to a wide variety of Landlord, Occupier and Developer clients in the above sectors across the UK.

Now firmly specialist in the retail and leisure divisions of the real estate industry, the Company has widened its horizons to provide advice to an ever expanding range of clients upon all property issues throughout the United Kingdom. The firm is based in Edgbaston, Birmingham within close proximity to the national motorway network providing easy access to the majority of the UK’s urban centres, allowing an unrivalled response time to client demands
